Brun Ko Farm brings delicious educational experience

ELK HORN -- One bottled calf brought a couple together to form Brun Ko Farm which creates produce and education for the community.
“There’s just so much of a disconnect,” Emily said. “Food comes from the grocery store. Milk comes in a gallon jug. That’s not how it is.”
Three years ago Nate Paulson was ready to start an agricultural career with a bottle calf. He got in touch with Emily who was originally from Spencer. After multiple calls and emails the two finally met up to finalize the sale.
After meeting Emily, Nate realized he had a few more questions about raising the bottle calf. Through more calls and visits the two started dating and Emily moved to Elk Horn. This summer the couple celebrated their first year of marriage.
