Family will host birthday open house in Cecelia’s honor

HARLAN -- Cecelia Thygesen of Harlan will celebrate her 80th birthday at an open house hosted by her family on Sunday, February 11 from 2-4 p.m. at the American Legion Hall on Chatburn Avenue in Harlan.
Friends and family are invited to attend. She requests no gifts. Cards will also reach her if sent to 1311 Durant Street, Harlan, IA 51537.
