Assmanns mark 60 years of marriage

    RURAL EARLING -- John and Georgean Assmann of rural Earling will mark their 60th wedding anniversary on May 20. They plan to celebrate with their family at a later date.
    Their family includes Connie and Bob Owens, Allan and Kelly Assmann, and Sheryl and Frank Kilton all of Omaha. The Assmanns have six grandchildren.
